Therapist Scheduling and Billing System

Russo, Fleck and Associates provides pediatric occupational and physical therapy. Therapy services are provided at the schools and at their clinics. They needed a way to keep track of their therapist's schedules and generate billing reports. We provided a system for managing school districts, schools, kids, therapists and interns. It tracks a proposed schedule and timesheet with allowances for mileage, lunches, breaks, etc. They can now generate custom billing reports for their public and private clients. The system has grown over the years and we have been there to provide upgrades when needed.
