A Real Estate Development client wanted to go paperless, but had a tight budget. Image archival systems can cost hundreds of thousands with the software and maintenance contracts. We implemented an image archival system using archival software with a scanning front-end for a fraction of the cost. We developed a workflow for scanning and indexing all existing and new documentation. We provided training and worked with departments to modify business practices to utilize the newly available information.
